Fitting the Splint: Dip the Splint in a tray with hot water (Approx 75C) for about 5 minutes. Take out the splint and mold it direclty on the wrist and mold it around the desired area.
Positioning: Place your wrist in the neutral or slightly extended position, as recommended by your healthcare provider. The splint should support the wrist without forcing the joint into an unnatural position.
Securing the Splint: Fasten the splint using the provided straps, ensuring that it holds the wrist securely but comfortably. Be sure not to over-tighten, as this can cause discomfort or restrict blood flow.
