Low-Temperature Thermoplastics (LTTP) are the materials that are
widely used to fabricate patient-customizable splints, braces and/or supports.
LTTP material activates in low heat conditions (65- 75C) . Can be directly applied on Patient's skin without any issues.
Specially designed with high strength and rigidity for weight bearing applications. Tested on patients upto 130KgsCustom splints that fit like a glove! Low temperature thermoplastics allow for custom moldable splints and supports , allowing corrections during every phase of therapy.
Shape memory : upto 20times can be remolded during differnet stages of therapy
Additional features such as : Antibacterial & Antifungal coating to prevent bacteria build up over continuous hours of usage
